We continue at 2:00AM/6:00AM on the 16th of Denrilden (00.000.09.15 on the Apocalypse Clock) with the party somewhere in the City of Brass and following Jherlana Thule and Vikram into the audience chamber of Lolth, Spider Queen DVL of the Drow. Severely injured and with most resources depleted, the group readies itself to parlay with this monstrous creature to both figure out the reasons for their rescue and secure help returning to the surface. Also waiting within the chamber are Braadlur, Laris, Xandor and several henchmen of the party thought lost during the raid on the temple in Vilgrim to recover the spider box. Elsewhere, in another twist of fate, Khelratha learns that a half-orc assassin -- sometimes known as Bavmorda -- is a prisoner on the pirate ship that just joined their convoy and claims to know the party. Apparently, the "Seer of Lysander" has put out a call for the capture of this individual for the murder of Lysander's prophet. Captain Zullekon of the Wicked Wave plans to hand her over for a public execution once the ships reach Armada ...

Jherlanna Thule and Vikram guide us to Lloth’s chambers.  Lloth, a gigantic female torso, long thin white hair with a proportional spider’s body sits in the middle of a bulbous mass of webbing with tiny spiders roaming through the strands. Her entire upper face and head are covered with arachnid eyes that are constantly in motion.
Despite my thoughts regarding our society, having been exposed to alternate philosophies from the company I’ve been keeping, being in the presence of our racial deity brings me to an emotionally charged state that I thought non-existent. Focused entirely on Lloth, I willingly prostrate myself in deference to the being that brought us here, saving us from the Silence ambush.  Knowing that she’s a daemon, parallel to DVL’s. A deity? Maybe not, but powerful and worthy of my gratitude and respect. My definition of deity is in flux as we learn more of the fabric and intertwinings of the planes and those who dwell in it.
She looks over our group and a spider crosses across the web and into her mouth. Then she speaks.

We agree to accept her help and to eliminate Brendil using her children. In return, she’ll be left alone to continue her domain over her adopted children, the Shadow Elves.
We speak with the other Wardens here in Lolth’s domain. We learn they were raised by her priestesses and after gleaning information from Laris’s journal, Lloth decided we were her best bet at countering Asmodeous. They've been on the move, changing locations every few weeks to keep from being discovered.  The previous party members and henchmen split up in a variety of ways.
I ask to see what boons we might be able to receive from the Mistress. Most things she can not, or will not grant. She does restore Kauri’s missing leg and much to Jherlanna’s chagrin, and to my satisfaction, Lloth agrees to free Vikram. His free will is restored. I’d hoped he might have chosen to travel with us, or with Laris, however he decided to go his own way. Perhaps to help, perhaps to just leave this all be. Freedom is unpredictable. However I’d rather loyalty freely given than forced. I wouldn’t be here if those I travel with didn’t have that kind of loyalty.
I hope that House Herig will be elevated if we can pull off being the pivotal House securing her position as the Keeper of the Shadow Elves. Possibly extending her grace to all of her children, male and female, not as fractured as it is with the Priestesses controlling much of everything.
Lloth sends one of her children, a tiny spider that hides itself on my person, to potentially bring us back to her if we get into a situation where we cannot escape. It’s unclear how exactly that’ll work, but having a wildcard to play if all else fails seems like a reasonable precaution.
Other notable present: The Dark King along with a fair number of Drow and Driders around her chamber and in it’s corridors.
Renthark reunites with Borthan and will continue with us
Peronell will continue with us
Xandor will return to the surface and lie low.
Hiriscib, deepgnome, will not go with us at all.
Laris, Seepa, Braadlur along with Fisher will go to Malgrim to try and form an alliance there.
We’re returned to the Web Nexus and find that Lungmold’s zombies are rotting and no longer viable. He’s been unable to tend to them.
The Winter Elf troops have all cleared out and Oskar fills us in on events regarding the shipboard happenings.
Ajax flits over and we talk a bit.

Khelratha learns that Bavmorda is on Capt. Zullekon’s ship, The Wicked Wave. A prisoner being taken to the Armada for the murder of the Prophet Nash and public execution on the orders of the Seer of Lysander, Alys Sharp.
He goes to speak with her. She asked after Rallion, Laris or anyone from the party that she knows. Apparently hoping they’d help her escape.
The Armada paid a ransom for her in Shem.
Khelratha tells her of the Armada’s plans for her.

Larry's Summary

Khelratha has a long conversation with Bavmorda who he calls "Many Names." He tells her that she is to be executed in less than four days when they flotilla reaches Armada for killing the Prophet of Lysander by the Seer of Lysander. Bavmorda claimed to not know this.

Khelratha urged her to plan to make ready for the end of life. Eventually Bavmorda got around to saying she killed Nash, Khelratha claimed to know Nash that joined after the death of Ronan. This confused Bavmorda.

Bavmorda asked that Khelratha tell Kauri about him, and the party will save him.

Khelratha mentioned that we are trying to save the world, but there has been a complicaton.

Back at the ship Jardin argues to leave Bavmorda to her fate. Khelratha considers it.

We’re returned to the Web Nexus and find that Lungmold’s zombies are rotting and no longer viable. He’s been unable to tend to them.

The Winter Elf troops have all cleared out and Oskar fills us in on events regarding the shipboard happenings.

Khelratha learns that Bavmorda is on Capt. Zullekon’s ship, The Wicked Wave. A prisoner being taken to the Armada for the murder of the Prophet Nash and public execution on the orders of the Seer of Lysander, Alys Sharp.

He goes to speak with her. She asked after Rallion, Laris or anyone from the party that she knows. Apparently hoping they’d help her escape.

The Armada paid a ransom for her in Shem.

Khelratha tells her of the Armada’s plans for her.
