We continue at 8:20AM on the 24th of Denrilden (00.000.09.07 on the Apocalypse Clock) with the party having rested a full night in the web nexus after escaping the Inquisitorial Citadel in Gharmarost. It was an eventful night, though, with Niximanthus and the dervish Roheis escaping Xen'Khel via the other web portal to report that the Dragon Emperor and all the others at that location have been ambushed by the forces of Beelzebub. Now, cut off from any portals, the party must decide how to reach Malgrim and the embassy where Khelratha and Alisceon Hayne can be raised from the dead. Can the group traverse the dangerous Underdark in the time remaining? Is the embassy still a place of safe refuge? What lies beyond the web nexus's doors?
